The photographer
About Loke Utgard
I’m the photographer and producer behind Loke Utgard Productions.
I have worked with photography and video since around 2015, across commercial assignments, commissioned work and independent projects. Over the years I have photographed people, places and a wide range of subjects, while gradually developing a stronger interest in work centred around people, atmosphere and natural expression.
Today my personal photography is focused primarily on lingerie, boudoir, implied nude, artistic nude and sensual portraiture.
I care about light, shadow, colour, contrast and composition, but I do not want technique to overpower the person in the photograph.
The images I like most usually have something real happening in them: movement, interaction with a location, changing light, an expression that was not completely planned, or simply a moment that feels believable.
Natural over manufactured
I prefer photographs with personality over photographs that feel excessively polished.
That does not mean careless production. Lighting, preparation, equipment and composition still matter. The aim is simply that the finished image does not feel as though the production itself is the subject.
High production quality does not have to look highly produced.
I enjoy working with different levels of experience. Some people are completely comfortable in front of a camera; others need a little time before they stop thinking about the camera at all.
For me, the interesting part starts when somebody becomes comfortable enough for their own personality to appear in the images.
Small, independent productions
Loke Utgard Productions is deliberately small and independent.
I normally work directly with the person I am photographing rather than surrounding them with a large production team. It keeps the process flexible, personal and easy to adapt to the individual, the concept and the location.
Projects may be straightforward lingerie or boudoir sessions, artistic nude work, commissioned photography or something more unusual developed specifically around a particular person, idea or location.
If you have an idea yourself, you are also welcome to suggest it.

What I Shoot
My photography currently focuses primarily on:
Boudoir
Intimate portraiture with an emphasis on mood, expression, light and personality rather than conventional glamour photography.
Implied Nude
Images where posing, composition, fabric, objects, light or shadow conceal parts of the body while retaining the feeling of a nude photograph.
Artistic Nude
Tasteful full or partial nude photography built around form, light, environment and atmosphere.
Natural & Sensual Portraiture
Less posed imagery where expression, movement and small unplanned moments become part of the photograph.
Commissioned & Custom Work
Photography created for private clients, individual models or specific concepts and locations.
Not every shoot is intended to look the same. Some are soft and understated; others rely heavily on contrast, shadow, colour or a stronger visual concept.
What matters to me is that the images feel like they belong to the person and the situation rather than being interchangeable studio poses.

Open Casting & Collaborations
I am always interested in hearing from adult women who would like to work together on photography projects.

Previous modelling experience is welcome but not required.
Casting is based much more on whether someone fits a particular idea, has an interesting presence and seems comfortable working together than on having an extensive portfolio.
How it works
You do not need to commit to a shoot simply by contacting me.
Tell me a little about yourself, what kind of photography interests you and where you are based. If I think there may be a suitable project, we can discuss the concept, location, compensation or collaboration terms, image usage and anything else relevant before deciding whether to work together.
Paid assignments and collaborative projects are both possible depending on the project.
For commissioned or paid work, the terms are agreed before the shoot.
