Who is responsible for your information?
Loke Utgard Productions is responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through this website is collected and used.

What information is collected?
The casting enquiry form may collect:
- name or alias
- age
- city and country
- contact details or Telegram username
- information included voluntarily in your introduction
- optional photographs
- confirmation that you are 18 or older
Please do not send identification documents, nude photographs, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information through the initial casting form unless specifically requested later for a legitimate production or compliance purpose.
Why information is collected
Information submitted through the casting form is used only to:
- assess and respond to a casting enquiry
- communicate with an applicant about potential productions
- determine whether there may be a suitable role or project
- take steps requested by an applicant before potentially entering into a production agreement
- maintain the security and integrity of the website and enquiry system
Personal information is not collected for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Ordinary information submitted as part of a genuine casting enquiry is processed where necessary to respond to the applicant and take steps requested by the applicant before a possible agreement.
Where information is processed for website security, abuse prevention or the protection of legitimate business interests, it may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests.
Because adult-production enquiries can potentially include information relating to a person's sex life, sexual preferences, health or other specially protected information, such information should not normally be included in an initial enquiry. Where an applicant voluntarily provides information falling within a special category of personal data and its processing is necessary for the stated casting purpose, it will only be processed with the applicant's explicit consent or another applicable legal basis under EU/EEA data-protection law.
Photographs and uploaded files
Photographs are optional for an initial enquiry.
Uploaded images are used only for handling the casting enquiry and assessing potential suitability for a production.
Images uploaded through the form are processed as temporary files outside publicly accessible website storage and are not made available through public URLs. Uploaded images are re-encoded during processing and unnecessary temporary files are deleted after processing.
Unless discussions continue toward a genuine production, submitted photographs will normally be deleted within 30 days after the enquiry has been concluded.
How long information is kept
Initial casting enquiries that do not result in continuing discussions or a production will normally be deleted within six months.
Where discussions continue, relevant information may be retained while the casting process remains active.
If an applicant enters into a production agreement, some information may need to be retained for longer periods where necessary for contracts, age verification, rights documentation, accounting, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Information will not be retained indefinitely merely because somebody once contacted Loke Utgard Productions.
Applicants may also request deletion of an inactive casting enquiry at any time.
Who may receive information?
Personal information is kept private and is not published simply because somebody makes an enquiry.
Information may be processed by technical service providers necessary to operate the website, email, hosting and enquiry system. Such access is limited to what is technically necessary to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal demand.
If you choose to communicate through an external service such as Telegram, information handled through that service is also subject to that service's own privacy practices.
International processing
Some technical service providers or communications platforms may process information outside the applicant's own country. Where EU/EEA data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate legal transfer mechanisms must be used.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal information held about you
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion
- request restriction of processing
- object to certain processing
- receive certain information in a portable format
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

You also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority in the EU/EEA if you believe your personal information has been handled unlawfully.
Personal information and public identity
Performers may use a stage name publicly where appropriate.
Questions about face visibility, public identity, credits and publication should always be discussed before agreeing to a production.
Personal information collected for contractual, age-verification or compliance purposes is separate from the identity a performer may use publicly.
Think seriously before material is released
Anyone considering adult work should understand one uncomfortable but important fact:
Once adult material has been published online, copies may eventually exist outside the control of either the performer or producer.
No responsible producer can promise permanent removal from the internet.
That is something worth thinking seriously about before agreeing to publication.
If a particular production includes additional approval procedures, anonymity arrangements or publication restrictions, those must be agreed in writing beforehand.
